I have my own database. Can you work with that?
We will happily work with any database, however, we advise that the quality of the data seriously impacts on the campaign performance. We will make you aware very early on if we are spending too much time data cleaning when we should be generating leads. All databases used by The Australian Contact Centre must be washed against the National Do Not Call Register in Australia or the USA. Our technology allows us to integrate with most standard database formats.
Will I have access to any changes made to my data file?
We will provide you with any changes or updates that we make to your database, as well as keep your information in its original format.
How soon should I expect to see the results of an outbound campaign?
This depends on the campaign and the product or service offered. Some campaigns may yield results within hours, whereas other campaigns, which may require a sales ‘pipeline’ to fill up, may takes several weeks.
What if you are not familiar with my business or industry?
The Australian Contact Centre has worked with a diverse range of clients, allowing us to prove our success no matter what the industry. We will establish a probability of success during the consultation phase, as we like to find our success before commencing a campaign. Chances are, if you are in an industry that telemarketing can work for, we’ve already had success at it.
Will you keep me informed throughout the process?
You will have live access to your campaign. We understand that outsourcing telemarketing services is very different to doing the work internally, mainly because you are unable to keep an eye on the work being carried out. This is why we carry out regular reporting to keep you up to date with what we are doing. Throughout the process we can also collect and advise you of additional information about the campaign, providing you with further opportunities.

First, we target the right people. There is nothing more irritating than listening to a sales call that has no relevance to you at all. At the front end of a call, we quickly discover whether the consumer is going to be interested. Also, we ensure that every call list is washed against the relevant Do Not Call Register. With our expertise in data sourcing and management, we can effectively and efficiently target the people you want to talk to. We also seek the best time to call.

While there are no absolute guarantees, we know that when The Australian Contact Centre agrees to take on a campaign, we are confident of success.
